No Refunds After Access

Due to the instant and personalised nature of the service, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

- Duplicate payments for the same order  
- Technical failure that prevents access to the purchased report and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe  

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include sufficient information to allow us to identify your order.

Discretion
